Newer Construction at River Ridge
Victoria Estates, is surrounded by the River Ridge Golf Course expansion, just west of the existing
course. This new community offers homes from about 2500-4200 square feet,
both one and two story. Prices start in the $800,000 range. For

River Ridge Golf Course
Established in the late 1980's, this area offers "patio homes",
some on the fairways starting in the $600,000 range. Larger Single Family
Homes sell in the $800,000 range and up. While still being
moderately priced, many newer tracts surrounding the Course make
this area one of the best in western Ventura Country .
Las Posas Country Club
Estates consists of homes on the fairways or foothills, often with
views. This area has well established neighborhoods and newer homes priced
from the $800,000 range up to over $2 million. Typically the lots are
large and the homes range in size from 2000 square feet to 7000 square feet.
Saticoy Country Club
This well established "out of the way" group of California Ranch
style homes starting in the $800,000 range.
Spanish Hills Country Club
Golf Villas offer "patio homes" around 1600 square feet on smaller
lots, typically about 4000 square feet and in the $700,000 range. The Estate
homes in this area start at over $1.5 million.
Sterling Hills Golf Club
A near new tract of homes in the $800,000 range. Moderate
size, some with golf course views.
