largest diverse concentrations of value shopping anywhere in Ventura County. Take
the Rose Ave exit off the 101. Stores are located on both sides of the Freeway.

Restaurant and numerous other places of interest. Located in mid-town Ventura, take the Main St. off ramp from the
101 and turn right.
The Loew's Home Improvement Warehouse is across the street and

Camarillo Premium Outlets
Edwards Theatres, 120 Top name fashion & household goods in one of the
largest open air discount malls in the region, shoppers find just about every

Opened in 2002, The NEW Esplanade, off Vineyard Ave and the 101 is home to one of
the largest Home Depot Stores on the planet. Others include Bed, Bath & Beyond,

Mandalay Village Marketplace
The largest grocery store anchored shopping center in Ventura

Seabridge Marketplace
This Von's anchored shopping center in the Channel Islands Marina has just
been completed, opening December 15, 2006. On the corner of Victoria and Wooley Road, this center is a
corner stone of the Seabridge and Westport developments in the Marina expansion.
This Von's is like none I have ever seen. It is more like a high-fashion
department store than a grocery store. Featuring a large hot food
eat-in/take-out, a Starbucks, pharmacy and enhanced produce department, this
store is amazing.
Marina residents will be able to take small boats to the Center and dock,
shop and cruise back home.
Centennial Plaza in downtown
Oxnard
Featuring the Plaza 14 multiplex theaters, it
is also home to Cappriccio's Italian Restaurant, Casa Escobar, 5th Street Steak
and Seafood, A Good Thai & Peruvian Restaurant,
Cold Stone Ice Cream and of course, Starbuck's.
