Rental Rates-What to Expect!

Although rents will vary from community to community as well as location, the following rates are reported for the whole of Ventura County for apartments. Condos and Single Family Homes rental rates are much higher.

Based upon my recent experience and depending on the size and location, Single Family Homes are running about $1800-$2500/month, depending on size, location, age & condition.

One & two bedroom apartments/condos run about $1100-$1500.

PazMar Marina Apartments, 805-985-6004 offer Marina living, a selection of floor plans & harbor views.
Tierra Vista Apartments, 805-485-7272, built in 2000, over 400 units, 1-3 bedrooms. Just off the 101 Freeway & Rose Avenue. Some furnished units available. "Pet Friendly" Call for current rental rates.
