The Channel Islands Marina expansion
includes new water ways, dockside homes, condos, townhomes and 200,000 sf of commercial space. Large public access recreational areas are also
included.
The picture above shows Seabridge. The
long anticipated commercial development features a Von's Market and numerous
restaurants . Featured housing consists of Single Family Detached homes
with private boat docks starting from 2600 square feet and three bedrooms and
condos starting from just under 1000 square feet. Pricing is
variable however, considering the broad selection of homes available.

Existing Dockside homes consisting of two tracts of homes. The west
Marina, sometimes called Mandalay Bay consists of attached single family homes,
each with a private boat dock. The east bay, sometimes called the Leeward
Estates, consists of detached single family homes, each with a boat dock. The
new Marina expansion is directly north of the existing Harbor.

undisturbed. The Harbor, prior to dredging and facilitation was also a
collection of dunes. "The
Sheik", a silent movie classic, with Rudolf Valentino was filmed there.
