Don't miss the Boat! Prices are rising, on average about 8% since last Spring in Ventura County. However, attractive properties are appreciating at a much higher rate. Interest rates are still near historic lows, but the FED has indicated that rates will rise sooner or later, some say by the end of this year and generous buyer incentives are expiring!
